Graydon Robb is a passionate and creative badminton player and coach. His list of accomplishments include:
- 5x CCAA National medalist for VIU (most decorated VIU athlete of all time)
- He was a Semi finalist in MS at Canadian Nationals. Bronze medalist at U23 and U19 Nationals. Gold medalist at Alberta provincials in U19 singles and doubles.
- He went west to Vancouver Island University on a full-tuition athletic scholarship
- On top of coaching, he is currently training full time and competing internationally
- Graydon’s teaching philosophy can be carved down to: Belief, Spirit, and Flow

- NCCP certificate regional Coach
- Senior coach at GAO since 2016
- Bachelor in physical Education (Major in Badminton)
- State-level player in India
- NIS (National Institutes of Sports) certified Coach
- High school Physical education teacher

Greg Bury is a Canadian Master's champion who has been coaching badminton for over 10 years. His accomplishments include:
- Junior National champion in mixed doubles
- Represented Canada in the 2005 World Championships
- Multiple Canadian Master's wins, including doubles and mixed doubles
- Physical Education degree from University of Manitoba
- Fully certified regional, provincial and competition development coach
Avadhut Parulekar is a Certified Regional Badminton Coach and joined Edison Badminton in 2018. His accomplishments include:
- 20 years' experience playing badminton, with a focus on singles
- Played Provincials in India, and won several district tournaments, including a few recent corporate tournaments
- University Badminton team captain
- NCCP Certified Regional Coach
